~Life in the Garden~

A few plants that will help add a little life to your garden this season:

~Bee Balm
~Lantana
~Perennial & Annual Salvia
~Goldenrod
~Coneflower
~Butterfly Weed
~Milkweed
~Sunflower

      ~Butterfly Bush
      ~Joe Pye Weed
      ~Zinnias
      ~Cosmos
      ~Spider flower
      ~Catmint

The list goes on and on. Not only can you attract wildlife throughout the summer months, but you can also help the birds to survive by planting shrubs that provide shelter and berries during the winter season. Here are a couple of sites with lists of plants and exactly what type of birds and butterflies they will attract.
